We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

✅ Exchanges for Damaged Products
We only offer exchanges if your product is damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for an exchange:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing the proof of damages such as broken, cracked bottle or mechanical issues with the spray pump at siajperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Our team will review your request, and if approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no extra cost.
- Unboxing of the product is mandatory to claim replacement if damaged during shipping.

Exchanges are applicable only for products damaged during shipping.

Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

In case the product is out of stock, we may issue a store credit instead of an exchange.
